By accessing or using Lowtato, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Lowtato provides social media scheduling, publishing, analytics, and AI content generation tools. The service allows you to connect social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and track performance across multiple platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your API keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lowtato to publish content that violates any applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI features is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. Lowtato does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lowtato is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost posts, failed publications, or social account issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
