We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address when you create an account, and data from the social media platforms you connect (account names, profile images, post content you create through Lowtato).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Lowtato service, including scheduling and publishing posts on your behalf, generating analytics, and processing payments.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security) and Cloudflare R2 for media files. Access tokens for connected social accounts are encrypted at rest. We never store your social media passwords.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic (AI content generation). Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Your Rights

You can disconnect social accounts at any time, which revokes our access. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
